Warranty period

Nova, Basic, Mopa, and Super series

EM-Smart provides a 1-year warranty for the Nova, Basic, Mopa and Super series.

Dual Series

EM-Smart provides a 1-year warranty for the fiber laser source and a 1-year warranty for the diode laser.


Em-Smart offers lifetime maintenance services.

Em-Smart continues to offer repair services after the warranty period has expired. However, customers must bear all shipping costs as well as the repair costs (which are determined on a case-by-case basis).

How to obtain warranty services

If your product does not function properly during the warranty period, please send us an email to service@em-smart.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

Our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue online. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, you may need to send the product to an EM-Smart repair center. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the product from you. If the problem occurs within the warranty period, EM-Smart will repair or replace the product free of charge. However, we ask that you cover half of the shipping costs.

What is not covered

This warranty does not apply to:

Products whose warranty has expired.

Products purchased through unauthorized channels or resold by others.

Normal wear and tear, discoloration or damage during use.

Damage caused by improper use, improper handling, improper storage or accidents (falls, water, extreme temperatures, insects, etc.).

● Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications or disassemblies.

Products without a valid proof of purchase.

● Damage caused by the use of unauthorized parts or software.

● Damage caused by viruses, hacking, force majeure or return for repair.

● Packaging, free items, consumables and accessories (unless they are defective upon first use).

Important instructions

Accessories, consumables and packaging are not covered, but can be replaced free of charge if they are defective upon first use.

EM-Smart is not responsible for promises made by unauthorized representatives.

● For discontinued products, EM-Smart will announce the final maintenance date after which the warranty service will cease.

● For products with separate service contracts, the signed contract takes precedence.

Unless required by law, EM-Smart shall not be liable for personal injury, data loss, business interruption or any other indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

This warranty grants you certain legal rights, which may vary depending on your country or region. Please refer to your local laws for further information.
