Shipping costs

Free shipping throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium for orders over €89. For orders under €89, a shipping fee of €20 applies. For other European countries, the following shipping conditions apply: EM-Smart EU

How long does it take?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment, provided there are no unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability; in which case we will notify you immediately). We will initially inform you about the shipping status via email. You can also contact us at service@em-smart.com to check the current status of your order.

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and various factors such as holidays, shipping schedules, and your location. The estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 14 business days ( excluding the Mopa series ). Should any issues arise during the shipping process, we will address them and take full responsibility.

Important NOTE

Please keep the original packaging and its contents for at least 30 days after receiving your package in case of any repairs or returns.

What should you do if there are shipping problems?

Delayed or missing packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time or if items are missing, please contact our customer service department at service@em-smart.com within one week of the estimated delivery date.

Returned packages

If your package is returned to the sender, we will investigate this immediately. We must first confirm that it has been returned to our overseas warehouse before we can resend it to you. Please note that if your package was returned because it was not collected on time or the address was incorrect, we may charge you additional fees for resending it or processing a refund.

The email says "delivered," but no package has arrived.

Please send an email with your order details to service@em-smart.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the notification. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping provider. If the problem is not reported within 3 days, the shipping provider will be unable to investigate or replace the lost package.
